Before launching Fred Insure, Steve built his career with leading national and regional insurance companies, serving in leadership roles across claims, underwriting, marketing, business development, and agency distribution. His experience provides a unique perspective on the insurance process—from evaluating risk before a policy is written to understanding how coverage responds when it matters most.

Steve is passionate about redefining what clients should expect from their insurance advisor through innovation, education, and a people-first approach. He believes insurance should be about more than simply comparing premiums and works to help clients make confident decisions with personalized solutions designed to protect what matters most.

Originally from Nebraska, Steve now proudly calls Idaho home. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers, and supporting local businesses and organizations throughout Idaho
