Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance

The benefits people actually use every day.

Dental cleanings, eye exams, income protection if you can't work, and a safety net for your family if the worst happens. These aren't add-ons. They're the benefits your people value most.

Our approach

A strong medical plan gets candidates interested. Dental, vision, life, and disability coverage is what makes them feel taken care of. These are the benefits employees use regularly, talk about at the dinner table, and compare when they're weighing a job offer. And for individuals without employer coverage, they're the protections that keep a routine expense from becoming an unexpected bill.

We design these as a coordinated package, not four separate afterthoughts bolted on at renewal. We verify that your employees' dentists are actually in the network before we recommend a dental plan. We set life insurance amounts that reflect what a family would actually need, not just a round number. We structure short and long term disability so there's no gap between them. And we do it at every price point, from fully employer-paid to completely voluntary through payroll deduction.

coverage

Dental

PPO or DHMO plans with network access verified against your employees' actual providers. Preventive care covered at 100% in most plans. Available as employer-paid or voluntary. Individual dental plans also available for retirees and self-employed.

Vision

Annual eye exams, frame and lens allowances, contact lens benefits. $5 to $15 per employee per month. VSP, EyeMed, and other networks. One of the cheapest benefits you can add and one of the most appreciated.

Group life and AD&D

Employer-paid basic life (typically 1x or 2x salary) gives every employee's family a safety net. Voluntary supplemental life lets employees buy more at group rates without a medical exam up to guaranteed issue limits.

Short term disability

Replaces 60 to 70% of income for the first 13 to 26 weeks when an employee can't work due to illness, injury, pregnancy, or surgery. Bridges the gap until they're back or long term disability kicks in.

Long term disability

Picks up where short term ends and can replace 50 to 60% of income for years or until retirement. This is the coverage that keeps someone's mortgage paid and kids fed during a serious, extended health event.

Individual policies

For people without employer coverage: standalone dental, vision, term life, whole life, and personal disability insurance. Retirees, self-employed, between jobs. You shouldn't need an employer to have proper coverage.

01

We audit what you have

What's covered, what's missing, what's overpriced, and whether your employees' providers are actually in the networks you're paying for.

02

We build the right package

Employer-paid, voluntary, or blended. We present options at multiple price points so you can see exactly what each dollar buys.

03

We make it make sense to your team

Benefits are only valuable if people understand and use them. We present them clearly at enrollment and answer questions all year.

A benefits package is more than medical. It's the full picture.

Dental, vision, life, and disability are the benefits employees use, compare, and remember. We design them as one coordinated program so your total compensation story is strong, not just your premium line.
