Kim began her insurance career in 2002 and has built a reputation as a trusted advisor dedicated to helping clients and their employees make informed benefits decisions. Throughout her career, she has partnered with businesses ranging from small organizations with just two employees to larger companies with more than 600 employees. Kim is passionate about helping employers understand, optimize, and maximize the value of their employee benefits programs.

Beyond her work in insurance, Kim is actively involved in the local business community as an ambassador for both the Nampa and Meridian Chambers of Commerce. She enjoys building relationships and supporting local businesses through events such as Ribbon Cuttings, Coffee Connects, Business & Breakfast, and monthly Chamber luncheons.

Kim is equally committed to giving back to her community. Each Monday morning, she mentors a child through the Mentoring Network in Nampa, believing that investing in young people today helps build a stronger future for everyone.

When she's not working or volunteering, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband. Whether they're camping, exploring Idaho in their side-by-side, or simply relaxing at home, they cherish every opportunity to be together. Kim is also a proud mother and grandmother who loves visiting her son and grand-dog, Gizmo, in Arizona whenever she can.
