Jenifer brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping others. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and spent more than 25 years in the real estate industry before transitioning to Life, Health, and Disability insurance in 2021. She joined the Fredriksen Health Insurance team in June 2022 and is a proud graduate of the 2025–2026 Meridian Chamber Leadership program.

As a widow, Jen understands firsthand the importance of having the right insurance coverage to protect the people and things that matter most. Her personal experiences allow her to serve clients with empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping them achieve the right coverage with peace of mind.

Jen specializes in assisting individuals, families, Medicare beneficiaries, and employer groups in finding insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs. With a strong background in customer service, she takes pride in educating clients, answering their questions, and guiding them through the insurance process with confidence and care.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time outdoors and embracing Idaho's four seasons through a variety of recreational activities. Above all, she treasures time with her son and her two dogs, who are the center of her life
