Andrea grew up in Idaho Falls before relocating to Boise to pursue her education at Boise State University. After graduating, she launched her career at Micron, a leading technology company, and later transitioned into the trucking insurance industry. She eventually paused her professional path to focus on raising her two exceptional children, knowing those early years were invaluable.

As her children became more independent, Andrea re-entered the workforce and joined Fredriksen Health Insurance in 2019. She is driven by a commitment to delivering an elevated level of service to businesses and takes pride in helping employers and employees understand and administer their benefit plans with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Andrea and her husband are passionate travelers, especially Disneyland, one of their favorite places to return to. They also enjoy movies and football, making the most of their time together whenever they can.
